ResiSet in Claude and ChatGPT

What it does

Add ResiSet to Claude or ChatGPT as a connector, and drive your listings and postings in your own words:

• "Who's cleaning tomorrow, and have they confirmed?"
• "Post a cleaning request at the Archer on Friday, 11 to 3, at the usual price."
• "What needs fixing across my places?"
• "Show me the photos from Sunday's clean."
• "Post cleaning requests for next week's check-outs at the Archer."
• "Ask Cleo whether she can start at noon instead."
• "Make the Archer's usual price $140, 11 to 4, and add a note about the parking."
• "Turn on automatic postings at the Garden Casita."
• "Star Cleo, and offer the Archer's cleans to her first."

If you clean, manage and search for cleanings: "Find me work near Silver Lake on Friday", "Ask for that one", "Confirm tomorrow's clean", "Say yes to the Archer's invitation", "Give back Saturday's clean", "What did I earn in September?"

Your assistant asks you before anything that changes something or that other people will see: posting, changing or calling off a cleaning, a message, a place's usual price, hours or notes, turning automatic postings on or off, starring a cleaner or offering a place's cleans to them first, marking a repair fixed, asking for a clean or giving one back. Messages sent this way say "via AI assistant".

What it can't do

Approve a cleaner, pay or be paid, see door codes or how to get in, give back a booked clean less than a day before it begins, call off a booked clean less than a day before it begins (that costs a tenth of the price, so it's done in the app), or change your account, your plan or your texts. Those stay in the app.

Plans

The connector comes with Pro, for hosts and for cleaners. Booking a cleaner and payments stay in the app on every plan.

How to connect

The address is `https://resiset.com/mcp`.

• Claude: Settings › Connectors › Add custom connector. Name it ResiSet and paste the address.
• ChatGPT: Settings › Apps & Connectors › Advanced settings › turn on Developer mode, then Create. Name it ResiSet, paste the address and choose OAuth.

Your assistant then opens ResiSet's sign-in page. Sign in with your ResiSet email and password, read which app is asking and what it will be able to do, and tap Allow. You stay signed in to the ResiSet app on your phone.

How to disconnect

In the ResiSet app, open Profile › Connected apps and tap Disconnect next to the app. It can't use your account from that moment. You can also remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.

Privacy

What your assistant reads through the connector is sent to its maker when you ask for it: Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT, under that maker's own terms. That can include messages a cleaner or a host wrote to you. ResiSet keeps a record of which tool was used and when, for 90 days; never what was asked or answered. Phone numbers, door codes, calendar links and guests' names are never sent. The Privacy Policy says more.
