In plain words
You work for yourself. ResiSet connects you with hosts, and the host pays you, all of it, into your own Stripe account.
What you are confirming
- I am an independent business. I am not an employee, worker or agent of ResiSet or of Tran Cap LLC.
- I choose my work. I can accept or decline any clean. Declining costs me nothing.
- I set my price. I can counter any price a host posts.
- I decide how I work. I choose when to arrive within the host's window, and my own methods, tools and supplies. ResiSet does not supervise or direct my work. The photo list and checklist on a clean are the host's instructions.
- I can work for anyone, on other apps and for my own clients.
- I am paid directly by the host, into my own Stripe account. ResiSet takes nothing from it. Stripe's card processing fee comes out of my payment, as for any business that takes cards. Refunds and chargebacks on my cleans are mine. When I bring helpers or clean with my team, the host pays me and I pay them.
- My taxes and insurance are mine. ResiSet does not withhold tax and does not insure me. I hold whatever licences and permits my work needs where I do it.
- Disputes with ResiSet go to individual arbitration (Terms, section 14), not to court and not as a class action. I can opt out within 30 days of first accepting the Terms, in Profile or by email.
