Draft. Pending legal review.

In plain words

Be decent, be on time, be honest, and photograph the place, not the people.

The rules

  • Respect. Speak to each other the way you would want to be spoken to. No threats, no insults, no harassment.
  • Be on time. If you took a clean, arrive within the window. If you can't, say so as early as you can.
  • Honest photos. Photos show the place as it is, when you say they were taken. No old photos, no staged ones.
  • No discrimination. Hosts may not refuse a cleaner, and cleaners may not refuse a host, because of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other ground the law protects.
  • No photos of people or papers. Never photograph a person, an ID, mail, documents or a screen.
  • Keep what you see to yourself. Guests' belongings are private. So are addresses and entry codes: use them for the clean and nothing else.
  • No weapons, no drugs on a clean.
  • Post only the image the host picked, as ResiSet made it. Don't tag where the place is.
  • Tell us. If something is wrong, report it from the clean, the conversation or the person's profile, or write to support. If someone is in danger, call 911 first, then tell us.
